(b) 8

(c) 9

Answer:

(a) 5 × 1 = 5, 5 × 2 = 10,

5 × 3 = 15, 5 × 4 = 20, 5 × 5 = 25

∴ First five multiples of 5 are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.

(b) 8 × 1 = 8, 8 × 2 = 16, 8 × 3 = 24, 8 × 4 = 32, 8 × 5 = 40

∴ First five multiples of 8 are 8, 16, 24, 32, 40.

(c) 9 × 1 = 9, 9 × 2 = 18, 9 × 3 = 27, 9 x 4 = 36, 9 × 5 = 45
